Ordering
Our website utilizes both a shopping cart and email for customers to request information, products, and services. We may collect customer contact information (such as e-mail addresses), financial information (such as credit card numbers). This information enables us to process and fulfill our customer’s orders and notify our customers of their order status. When you provide credit card information online, you are connected to a secure server, which encrypts credit card information over the Internet.
Credit Verification
Please note that when you order products from ridersguardian.com we will use a credit verification company to validate the credit card and other information you provide before we can fill your order. There is an additional safeguard in that the billing information you provide for your credit card enables us to verify that you are the rightful owner of the card. We do not keep credit card numbers in our database.
Return Policy
At JG1000 Products Inc.. we believe in customer satisfaction. That is why we offer full credit within 10 days if you decide that you do not want the advance technology of a JG1000 Products system.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless it is due to our error. All returns must be authorized and a return goods authorization (RGA) number obtained from JG1000 Products Inc. and shipped via UPS.
All returned items must be complete, clean, and unused with original packaging. We cannot issue return credit for units which have been installed, modified, or returned without original packaging. It is at the discretion of JG1000 Products Inc. as to the condition of said products if credit is to be issued.

Refunds typically take 1-2 weeks to be issued. Providing us with a return tracking number will ensure a faster refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form as you paid plus applicable sales tax; no refund on shipping (i.e. credit card payments will receive credit to that same credit card used to place the order).
